Title: Bringing in a Roommate

I own a home and was going to be get a roommate soon. I was wondering if anyone had a link to a form I could get him to fill out so that there is some legal document about him living with me. If anyone has any tips about this process they would be greatly appreciated.

I have two roommates. I use a simple lease document I found by googling, making sure to find one crafted for my state (CO), and then customizing it for my details. I simple web search will turn up many examples you can use. Mine is just 2 pages and has 14 specific points and gives me peace of mind, but it's much shorter and clearer than standard lawyer gibberish.
