I am going to be purchasing an investment property. Who are your favorite lenders with the best rates?
Interestingly, I am in the mortgage business but our employee loans don’t allow for investment properties, so I have to go elsewhere. I am nervous about trusting anyone to get a loan done on time, as I’ve heard horror stories of delays and missteps, and no one else seems to be as nimble and awesome as my company is.
I’m curious about Aim Loans. Anyone have recent experience on a purchase with them? And if not Aim, who else do you have recent experience with (since March of this year, ideally)?
I have some local options but want to get opinions from the hive mind.
