Title: Best credit card to use for landlord expenses?

I have the Citi cash back card (blue and green) 1% at purchase 1% when paid back. It seems to be as good as any.

I had CapitalOne Spark first; after several attempted account takeovers, I cancelled and switched to Citi cash back (blue&green).  Newly I picked up a Discover It- 5% rotating categories with 1% on everything else.  The kicker is a promotion where all the cash back is doubled for the first year and one quarter the rotating category was home improvement.  So there were a lot of lowes/home depot purchases made that quarter for 10% back!
