I adore this!  I especially like the way the patio can be open to allow more / less privacy.

The Tiny House Blog is such a neat site.  They showcased a folding apartment a while back sort of like this one: http://tinyhousetalk.com/another-convertible-small-apartment/

It's also fun to read through the entries for Apt Therapy's Small Cool contest to get ideas for arranging a small space.  A friend lives in a 400 sq ft studio and when I visit, I never feel like it's too little to hold two people.
