I am in the process of re-renting a studio I have on the back of my property. It's ~660 sq. ft and I include all utilities (gas, electric, water) with the rent - currently asking $900. In the Bishop Arts area of Oak Cliff / SE Dallas. Nice thing is that it's basically a little house - you don't share walls with anyone. There's a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private patio / space in the back.
