If the condo is not selling, likely the price is too high and/or the condition is below the market's expectations. How did you price the property? Did you look at recent comparable sales? What about your competition - how is it priced? If you are in a buyer's market, with high inventory and declining prices, you need to price the property to get it sold. Don't blame the agent if it's over priced or needs work to appeal to buyers.
However, if your agent is not giving you good advice, not marketing the property, and generally not doing the job, it might be time to move on. Just make sure you haven't overpriced the property before you blame the agent.
