Sort of. Property is about 30 miles south of you in M-boro. It's my retirement home and I close on it this week. I'm considering renting it out until I hit FIRE and move to the area (6 years with any luck). Let me know if you know of any good area property managers/landscapers/plumbers, etc.

Congratulations, Renter Warehouse is a pretty good property manager from what i gather. They will handle the management for $80 per month, and will handle tenant placement and leasing for up to 24 months, and also have some sort of rent guarantee. Dave is the guys name i have spoken to.
615-293-7409, Brandon Faircloth is a great affordable plumber. he took care of a drip in my rental last year for half of the other guys quotes.

What do they do after 24 months? Abandon it? I'm confused.

Sent PM. Real Estate agent
Lea Anne Bedsole (http://www.bobparks.com/agents/leaannebedsole) at Bob Parks Realty is a great resource in the Murfreesboro area.
She has area contacts for everything from handymen to property managers, and everything in between.
A great resource in the area.
I've personally known her best handyman (i.e. "husband") for MANY years (my BFF since childhood).

Yes! First post here actually.
I own a duplex in South Nashville, just south of Woodbine.
Cheers
