Continuing the saga of my tenant owing me a 5 figure debt for the damage she caused to my property. I have decided to turn the matter over to a collection agency.
I have browsed some websites and the name

I called them and they told me to do a fee only collection initially and if I am not successful, then get a lawyer to take the case on contingency for 30% collected amount and if that doesn't work, they can be retained on contingency for 50% collected amount.
Their advice sounded reasonable to me, but I wanted to check if anyone here has used them and if yes, you experience with the agency.
