Total Wireless is owned by the same parent company as TracFone, NET10, StraightTalk, SIMple Mobile, Page Plus, etc. (America Movil), and there's a reason why I don't include AM brands in the guide - customer service is terrible.

You're far better off going with Selectel or BYO Wireless if you're looking for a cheap Verizon MVNO.

Thanks for the feedback. I am trying to help a friend who is spending a lot for Verizon service and doesn't want to buy new phones.
