Are you in a rural area? Because it’s hard to beat Verizon’s service in rural areas, in which case you go to a Verizon mnvo that runs off its network. When you say you need unlimited data what’s your monthly average use? (Check your phone if your bill doesn’t tell you.) And are your rates for one or two lines?
If you use less than 25GB check out total wireless. They have a $50 plan (probably closer to $60-65 with taxes and fees) for 25GB and then you can add 10GB for $10 thereafter. They run on Verizon’s network. It’s probably a better deal than Verizon up to about 45-55GB. I think most people who say they need “unlimited” mean they need more than 5 but less than 15GB. However, one coworker uses 50+GB a month, which I previously thought was impossible unless someone was using their phone as a hotspot...which he doesn’t.
Also, the rates for Verizon have since dropped, because you can get 75GB unlimited plan for $90. Good news is that if you really use 50+GB and have to switch back, you now qualify for new customer pricing.
