I just ordered a new Moto G that runs on KitKat from Selectel Wireless for $99. I can't vouch for the outcome but this is a good deal if like me, you've been wanting to make the switch. You'll find it for less if you go with a prepaid plan but Selectel is post paid for which the phone usually costs $199 new. On Ebay I've found mostly refurbished/used for a similar price, or one in good condition but the seller can't guarantee it will work on Selectel.
If you purchase from Selectel and want to keep your phone number, make sure to call or initiate a chat to inform them. They would need to know that before shipping it to you.
