Target has some nice bikes on clearance for 50% off. I got a Schwinn 21speed for $145 including sales tax. I had planned on upgrading from my 7-speed this summer anyway. They also have a lot of helmets and other accessories on clearance (no trailers though, I looked at 2 stores).
