Great book: Eating on the Wild Side
« on: September 18, 2013, 03:58:14 PM »
Eating on the Wild Side by Jo Robinson tells how to select and prepare fruits and vegetables for maximum health benefits.  Paleo eaters may be especially intrigued by her discussions of how plants have evolved over the years.  I have already found her tips on storing fresh fruits and vegetables helpful in avoiding waste.  Gardeners will love her suggestions for which varieties to grow at home.  I like this book so much I may even (gasp!) buy a copy.
