Cloth pantiliners.
I just bought some from Etsy (the brand was MamaBear) and they're very comfortable. I guess you can sew your own if you're handy. I bought a 10-pack for about $25 + shipping. Luckily I had an Etsy gift card so my own investment was just to cover the shipping. I know there are cloth pads out there but I'm not sure I'm ready to tackle that (cleaning, etc.) But these I think are a good deal. They'll last for years and I won't have to purchase store-made disposable pantiliners again.
This might already be mentioned somewhere on here but I couldn't find it so I thought I'd mention it.
