Chase Sapphire Reserve
« on: August 26, 2016, 01:07:00 PM »
Just a heads up that the Chase Sapphire Reserve is offering a particularly rich rewards program.

Spend $4k in the first 3 months and get 100,000 points.  If you use those points for travel they are worth 50% more.

Even if you just take the cash you will come out $550 ahead after paying the $450 annual fee.

There are other perks, notably $300 per year of travel credit, reimbursed TSA pre-check fee, access to priority pass airport lounges.

Also, 1% back on all transactions and an additional 3% back on all travel and restaurants.

Best rewards deal I've seen in a while.

I wonder how long the 100k UR signup bonus will last. I am weighing when to time this.

I am in the market for a card. Does it have fees? I haven't played the rewards/cash back game, yet, by think that it's time.

It has a $450 annual fee.

There is also a multi-page thread about this card already ongoing.
