Hi guys, my youngest has just started college in Ottawa Canada and she needs a cell phone plan. Fellow students have recommended Rogers but my eyes are watering at the cost! $75 per month.... She has her own phone so we don't need to go there. One more thing, she's under 18 yrs of age and I suspect that might limit her options.
Although she's very sensible, she is still a kid and I would like a plan that isn't going to leave her with unexpected overage charges each month.

Mobile costs are outrageous in Canada. Virgin and Koodo are okay but you might want to check the new Shaw program (cheap mobile if you use Shaw as an internet provider).
