Taking the depreciation over only 5 years skews it a bit compared to real costs.
I would use this calculation, but use a different number for depreciation and maintenance:
--Adjust it to reflect 5 years of usage, starting with a used 3 year old car, and calculate your own depreciation and maintenance
e.g., (purchase price - sell price)/5 years + annual maintenance of $2,500 (conservative).
