Hi All
I found a book at the back of my book case, dusted it off and was surprised to find it's quite relevant for today.
It's called "Getting it together - an essential guide for young New Zealanders" by Noel Whittaker.
It's aimed at young folk. Although I happen to think it would be good after any "big" moments in life (to get back on track!).
First published in 1993, but still quite relevant.
It starts with the reader and covers things like your own personal development for a financially successful world with the last few chapters covering things like budgets, saving, compound interest and investments.
I couldn't find any copies on Amazon so went to the kiwi version, Fishpond, and found two used copies available.
http://www.fishpond.co.nz/Type in Noel Whittaker and they're way down the bottom!
Hope someone finds this useful :)
