Anyone have Safeco insurance?

Anyone have Safeco for insurance? Just called around to do our annual insurance comparisons on DH's motorcycle, and they came in $35 cheaper than our current company (Progressive) for the year. Wondering if it's worth it to switch, as I don't know much about them.

They are a wholy owned subsidiary of liberty mutual.
I had an enormous claim and they promptly dropped us. I found their customer service okay but not great.

Safeco doesn't seem very popular in my area. I work as LEO and while investigating traffic crashes have only seen Safeco maybe once or twice in the past 5 years. Most popular that I see are Progressive, State Farm, Geico, and Erie Ins.

I have a Safeco collector's car policy for my MR2. It has great coverage and is ridiculously cheap. I've not had to file a claim, so I don't know how their service is.
