I am two years away from my planned FIRE date. The plan is to quit, sell the house and move overseas (back to my native country) by mid-2018. Does anyone have any pre-retirement checklists or suggestions on things I need to plan and/or do in the next 2 years?

Is there one floating around the forum? There are tons of traditional retirement checklists out there, but just wondering if there is one for us ER people?
Here's a golden oldie:

These are oriented toward military families, but they mentions some corporate/medical benefits that you may want to check up on:

I have these bookmarked from another thread.

Reduce expenses and save/invest as much as possible - check. Something to consider is your future plans to sell your house. You might be better off selling now and renting. The NY times has an excellent buy vs. rent calculator. We sold most everything and did a mini-retirement in 2008 and barely got by the skin of our teeth before the market crashed. Not that I'm predicting the same kind of crash but who knows.
I have two more weeks of work. Glad we sold our house over a year ago and now I can focus on selling our excess crap on Craigslist/Ebay before we move full time into our RV. Good luck with your plans. Time goes by quickly.

From now until then try to live on comparable dollars considering exchange and value of the dollar as to where your moving.
Start investigating Healthcare costs and coverage comparisons
Obviously if your from there the area you want to live and costs should be easier

Here's a good list to consider for the timing of quitting:
