And it's best, when you forget what everyday of the week is...  They are all Friday and Saturdays, Hallelujah to ER.

Yep, tomorrow is my second Monday as a FIREee.  Can't wait!

(Edit: I totally forgot that it's a holiday.  Yay, FIRE!)

Liked the cartoon.

Something I've been wondering about.  On the weekends me and everybody else goes to the grocery stores, bank on Saturday morning, etc.  There's sometimes a mad stampede.  Just how nice is it to go and get your stuff done on a Monday morning when there is ready access to the necessary places you need to be?

It's fantastic.  DW and I will be going to the grocery store bright and early tomorrow morning.  We expect to have the place pretty much to ourselves.

Yep.  Getting your grocery shopping done mid-morning on a random weekday is a special kind of bliss!

Except when I forget and go on the first Tuesday of the month, which is Senior Discount day at our main store.  Those days can be really bad.  I'm not old enough to get the Senior discount yet, either...
Hell yeah! I do the grocery shopping for the household and mid-morning weekdays are the best. No crowd, no lines, no hassle.

We try not to do any shopping or tourist activity on the weekends if possible to avoid the crowds. So much less stressful that way.

I try to avoid Monday mornings. Tuesday and Wednesday are even quieter.

@lhamo, one of my Grocery Outlets does every other Tuesday. The other (better) one didn't do Senior Day, but just started doing every Tuesday. Score! Before I was officially old, I used to bring my neighbor with me. She was good company, a Senior, and appreciated not having to drive. She also liked having me to schlep her grocery bags.

I love sunday evenings now. No food prep, no ironing, no worries!

Maybe America could benefit from a bank reform. My bank doesn't even have an office and is often chosen as the best liked bank by customers.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
