6 year anniversary!
« on: April 01, 2022, 11:11:45 AM »
Before I even remembered today was the day, I told my wife that, not for one moment, have I regretted leaving the corporate world. I also told her a very large 6 figure number of forgone earnings, that I donít miss at all.  Life hasnít been perfect by any stretch, but it has been amazing!

Is there anything you think some amount of money would help you with, at all?

Not really.  Covid saved us a lot of travel money.  Told a friend I needed something interesting to spend money on.  He was no help, so I am starting to make more philanthropic plans.  Land conservation is pretty interestingÖ

Awesome! This June is the 6th anniversary of my first FIRE attempt, and the 5th anniversary of my permanent FIRE. Wouldn't trade the time I've had for the world, and it's only getting better!
