We are 100% vegan and save a ton of money by eating vegan. Our weekday breakfasts and lunches are always the same too. Protein + fruit smoothie and oatmeal for breakfast and baked tofu (in bragg's and balsamic) for lunch with steamed veggies and black beans. Dinner is either a tofu scramble with tortilla, soup, tofu stir fry, veggie pizza, or some other whole-food plant based concoction.
