Because I love your friendship, or at least how it plays out on various threads :-POne day I'll come visit Happier.MPGH is lovely. It's so freaking odd how our friendship formed (through a random thread here in Dec 2015)... our paths would never have crossed in real life otherwise. I can't thank the Mustache dude enough for creating the forum and permitting the universe to allow us to find eachother here.Totally worth spending time with her....she gets me my favourite drink everytime I build a spreadsheet for her!Me and MPGH's DH watched a typically ridiculous Steven Segal movie from the early 90s (Under Siege). Amidst all of the killings and explosions and gratuitous nudity she managed to fall asleep on us :D :D :D
Having a shit day and my Dad brought me two bags of bagels. He's a good Dad.

Khachapuri! (link for those who have never heard of it before)It's cold, grey and rainy outside while my Southern-hemisphere raised brain expects December to be warm and sunny but I popped down to a tiny hole in the wall near my flat and enjoyed the warming cheesy, eggy, buttery, bready goodness while entertained the locals with my limited and horrendously pronounced Georgian :)
Your link is broken, but Khachapuri is indeed one of the best things in the world. Your post inspired me to make the Acharuli variant tomorrow so it can make my day too - dough as a vessel for cheese and egg <3
Logged into my 401k and for the first time the balance had a "1" followed by 6 more digits.
She had fun, and so did I. :)
Was able to purge some old electronics at the free electronic waste event. Had a fun dinner with new friends and all the kids got along well. Logged into my 401k and for the first time the balance had a "1" followed by 6 more digits.

Sold a property yesterday (to a family member). Reduced my debt load by $322,000 :)Property was being rented out to him, for a break even result for me. It wasn't an investment per se, the intention was never to profit from it. Now he's the owner and I've simplified my financials a little bit.Win win.(I got caught in those thunderstorms - scary stuff!)
DH had a serious accident 8 weeks ago and broke multiple bones. At his follow up appointment this morning the surgeon said he is healing up really well. :)
