I find rap to be more interesting and (generally) more enjoyable than rock--the only musical genre I pretty much totally despise. That said, I listen to exceedingly little rap and own zero recordings amidst my walls and walls of classical, jazz, ethnic music LPs and CDs. Sometimes I hear rap on radio, and once you get past the gangsta corporate stuff (some of which is even funny), there is some really interesting stuff, especially crossover into jazz.

RAIN, one of my favorite things. Probably the best damn thing there is. I lived in Vancouver BC for four years and never once tired of the rain...Not only is it incredibly beautiful, cleansing, invigorating, and relaxing, it also encourages everyone else to stay inside and SFTU!
I LOVE airplanes and airports. I generally enjoy flying, even in economy class. I generally even enjoy airports. Watching the ground service equipment, planes, workers, the flow of passengers is fascinating to me. I wanted to be an airline pilot as a kid, but opted for science instead...
