Funny how things just fall into place some days :) I have been thinking alot of "bucket list" ideas the last few weeks ... here are some of my "must do":

Finish paying off my VISA/MC/LOC/Mortgage (in that order)
Save money to take the following trips (not in any particular order):
Take my husband to Venice (I've been)
Revisit "our restaurant" in Paris with our new baby
Take my husband to Egypt (I've been) -- sleep in the desert in a tent
Snorkeling in Australia
Stay a few nights in an "underwater" hotel
Stay a few nights in a tree house hotel in the rain forest
Visit Easter Island
Go with my husband to the Calgary Stampede
Spend one night in an ice castle
Stay in Japan for a few weeks
Write a book of memoires
Travel a month in Italy with my husband a baby
Retire to Madeira and spend days by (or in the ocean) ahhh
Almost forgot ... learn to invest in REIT's (and the like) ... learn to do my own plumbing and electrical (easy stuff) !!! :)

Drink a bottle of home-grown wine in every wine-making region fo France

Have you seen Oz' and James' Big Wine Adventure? You can see some of it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0z6kV-RIZM0

They drink their way around the vineyards of France in season One.
The next season they are in an RV tooling around California's wineries.
The final season has them finding the best drink in Britain.

Ooooh no, but I LOVE James May!  I will definitely check this out!

That's only me, but I hate bucket lists because they are procrastination tools. I want to live my life here and now, not in the future, when I don't have kids at home, or a mortgage, or after I lose 20 pounds, or after I reach FI, or when...While it is nice and important to have dreams and plan for the future, I don't want my dreams to get in the way of what comes in front of me unexpectedly, good or bad. This being said, I'd like to experience how it feels to be in jail for a while and be freed...

Not really a list person, whereas my wife is a list-obsessive. Something will give there :)

If I WERE to create a bucket list, it would be pretty much ALL travel/survivalism/bike related stuff. No specific destinations, though outside of museums, I'm more attracted to the idea of living/slow traveling a foreign country than hitting tourist spots.

I don't have my own list on me, but it has one thing I bet would be on a bunch of lists that I haven't seen yet so I'll share:
-Climb Aconcagua (wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aconcagua)
Why?:
-It's the tallest mountain in the western and southern hemispheres
-It's much cheaper to climb then Everest (Everest permits are like $250k, not that you'd cover the whole cost, but still!)
-It requires no technical climbing skills to summit, you can literally walk up it (which cannot be said of most of the 7 summits)

I took some time to draft one over the last week or so, and am curious as to what other Mustachians might have on theirs. Share below!
