Oh man, we made a crazy recipe my DH tore out from the paper with coconut rice with lime zest and scallions, baked tofu with an elaborate sauce combining peanut butter, fish sauce, habanero, ginger, and a few other things, served on a bed of arugula with pickled bell peppers accompanying, and it was pretty good, but just probably too complicated. The lime juice alone had our heads spinning. Still, it's fun to try something out and see how it goes.
