NYTimes rice noodle salad with ground pork and loads of veg and herbs. Dressing is lime juice, lemon juice, fish sauce, a little honey, and some oil. I cut up spinach, scallions, mint, romaine lettuce, cakes, cherry tomatoes, and lightly pickled some daikon before I got bored of cutting stuff up (so the cilantro didn't make it in). Popular and tasty!
