Yesterday -- low on ideas, so we had burgers, baked potatoes, salad, then I added greek-isn salad (sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, and a white-bean-salad thing, with sautéed onions, garlic, diced up roasted red peppers and marinated artichoke hearts (from half-full bottles in the fridge) and diced spicy salami (from an opened container in the fridge) and the artichoke marinating liquid. It turned out pretty well, and there are even leftovers!
