Last night, the offspring roasted a duck, stuffing the cavity with onion, garlic, lemon, and who knows what else.
Tonight, I wanted quick and easy (since I've been up since 2:30). Cut up a couple chicken breasts into 3 strips each, coated each strip with cajun seasoning, then wrapped in bacon. Cooked for half an hour, then broiled it for a few minutes to make the bacon crispy.
