This week was weird. We had a plan and threw it out the window.
Sat: Big kid: Mac and cheese, garlic bread, carrot fries
Sun: Little kid: Dinner was BBQ chicken leftovers, broccoli/potato/cheese soup, salad
(hubby and I tag teamed to prep lasagna. )
Mon: Leftover mac and cheese and some lasagna with leftover soup and steamed broccoli
Tue: I had a business dinner and the school had a fundraiser at a burger place, hence "throw out the plan"
Wed: We are having "leftover lasagna" and "favorite chicken" (breaded chicken tenders from TJs) and kale chips
Thu: Me. Well, Weds box we didn't get the bok choy (glad my company dinner was Chinese!). So: lasagna (the gift that keeps on giving) and...kale chips (because we got more kale!)
Fri: Uh...usually frozen pizza, but prob lasagna?
Still left in the pantry from the boxes: a butternut squash and 2-3 sweet potatoes. Fruit and a whole lotta lettuce and carrots.
Left in the fridge: broccoli soup
