Fascinating tree house for rent

$150/month for a treehouse.  I don't know how long the listing will be up, so I've copied most of it here:

Hello! I am a young freelance software engineer who moved out to Raleigh about a year ago to live in the country but have close access to the city. I own about 10 acres of land and built myself a treehouse in the middle of my "forest." What I'm offering is a 2nd treehouse close to mine for someone who is looking for a more natural / off the grid environment. This is ideal for "work from home" types. Here are the details:

Awesomeness Hand-Crafted:
- Very small and cozy. Essentially a 600sq ft apartment
- Composting toilet
- Solar system for laptop charging (panels plus deep cell batteries)
- Small propane stove for cooking
- .25 mile walk to the driveway (where I have my car)
- Sleeping bag + electric spaceheater to stay warm in the winter
- Small fan for staying cool in the summer (although the heat didn't bother me too much this year)
- About 20' off the ground (too high up for the annoying bugs)
- Rope ladder to get up and down
- Rainwater catchment system w/ water purifier
- Dumbwaiter for getting stuff into / out of the treehouse
- WiFi system installed (yes, internets in the forest)
- Shared workshop / toolshed that is on the ground

The Good:
- Off the grid. No utility bills.
- Wake up with the astonishing beauty of nature
- Occasionally see some forest critters
- Fresh air
- It's a treehouse!

The Bad:
- Getting cold some nights (that's when I got the space heater)
- Climbing up and down the ladder multiple times in a day can be a little annoying
- Too many days of overcast and I ran out of electricity. I installed more solar panels so this shouldn't be a problem
- If you have trouble with the idea of composting your excrements this isn't the lifestyle for you
- Trying to get big things up 20' is difficult by yourself (like a mattress.. necessary but ugh)
- No refrigeration! This isn't that bad when you adjust your diet (more in a separate email if you want to know more)
- Laundry must be hauled into town or use a hand-washing system (which I do for everything but my bluejeans). This is particularly important in the winter!

From the picture, it looks spherical, and probably 2 levels.  I really don't think it's 600 sq ft, but it's very interesting.

You're right - the pics are snagged directly from Joel Allen's treehouse in Whistler, Canada (I should have noticed that the foliage was not right for our area).  I don't know if I should be ticked off, or hope that the same guy came down here and built another (both are "young software engineers").  I'd love to find out.

Indeed fascinating. Will surely take if needed.

Maybe he didn't have a picture, so he just used one off the internet?  Although as a software engineer, I would think he would have the means to take a pic.
