Can't make this up:
BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) Day is Back Like Never Before

VX nerve gas
GB (sarin) nerve gas
"Botulinum toxin is 15,000 times as toxic as the nerve agent VX, and 100,000 times more toxic than sarin. "
https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/medicine-and-dentistry/vx-nerve-agentUnless you are willing to inject a nearly universally banned military war gas into your skin in amounts that are 15,000 (VX) to 100,000 Sarin (GB) times the weight of botox, then you may want to reconsider.
Why would one one to CELEBRATE this vanity (cosmetic) use?
Sure, it has applications for migraine headaches. Those applications have even higher risk for bad reactions.
I have been in enough pain to be tempted to tell the doc "sure, take a hatchet and chop it out".
In such circumstances, anything that might work is a temptation to try. Not necessarily a great idea.
In my case, some physical therapy worked
way better than I thought it would.
I didn't have a migraine, but it was nerve related.
If your Botox skin smoothing does work for a long time, that just means you've damaged/killed nerve cells irreparably.
