Mustacian/unmustacian song?

I was cycling home last night and an old classic song came into my head and i realised that it could be considered very mustacian or unmustacian depending on your perspective.

Its about a street cleaner who saves up his money to buy a boat. I think its mustacian though as from the lyrics it seems he has achieved FI. He even packs his own lunch!
