Title: Miggy or Abreu in round 1

I have a choice between Miggy or J. Abreu in my 12 team roto 5x5 league. It is a keeper league and the draft is on Thursday Who should I pick? Youth and health go to Abreu but Miggy has a higher ceiling and floor.

Abreu's second half concerns me - only 7 HR and 34 RBI. Miggy played on one leg late last year and he hit 8 HR in September.
