Ok, I have to say I'm slightly embarrassed asking for such a huge favor from you guys, but I really don't know anyone that can help, except maybe job consultants, but they always have a motive in mind when they help.
I'm currently working in India in an IT role and have about 3-1/2 yrs worth of experience in a systems administrator kind of role - typical IT Support. I've now been working in virtualization (VMware, Cloud) for the last 2+ years.
I'm looking to emigrate to a nation with better opportunities for those working in the cloud and ofcourse, better pay as well. I've tried applying directly to jobs posts online in places such as Singapore, and New Zealand, and I'll need a visa for the job, but I won't get the visa without a job offer (deadlock). Also, they would probably be receiving hundreds of applications from the Indian subcontinent everyday and must be tired of rejecting non-worthy applicants.
All I need is an actual offer for a job and I'd be able to see the visa through. I don't have a list of preferred nations I'd like to move to, but I can see myself happy in any country that respects fellow human beings and their space.
