How did you get out of a rut
« on: May 05, 2015, 07:32:22 PM »
All this savings stuff is great but it's not super effective unless the earnings are enough to create the gap. I've been making 50k before taxes and I  feel like I can do way better. I quit my job and am going to pick up some landscaping projects for summer but the winter is a big question mark.

Does this mean I need to work 50+ hours  a week?
How did you come across a cool job?
How did you get your business going?

50-60 hours is my sweet spot. I'm technically only paid for 40 hours but I love what I do and I throw some continued training in that 60 that the company probably wouldn't let me have otherwise.
