Not sure why, but this popped into my head tonight.
What's your favourite breakfast? Pre-training, guilty pleasure, whatever.
For me, specifically pre-training when I was still competing in powerlifting was the following:
1cup grits (uncooked)
8oz bison patty, medium rare
2 soft eggs on top
splash of bbq, splash of hot sauce
top it with a finely chopped spicy pickle
The best.
Most days I have:
soft boiled egg, teaspoon or so of coconut oil and ~4oz ground grass fed beef, or venison, or elk, or whatever else is dead and frozen in the freezer. :)
