I say we don't even make it through the 2015 summer vacation season.

My recollection of the 1990s oil crash is that these things take a while to work out. But we've got ~several hundred million folks that became middle class or richer in Asia since then, so that shortens the timetable a bit.   I'll wager May 2017.
