I have followed the thread that asks if brewing is economical.  Leaving that discussion aside, I have noticed there are several here that brew. 

I thought I would start this thread so those who do can share their brewing recipes.  This will help a newbie like me branch out and try new things.

I don't really have any recipes. If you're just starting out, one good suggestion is to think about craft beers you like, then search homebrewtalk for imitation threads (for example). Also, if I've said it once I've said it a hundred times: go all-grain and never look back; better beer for less money!
