I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone.
I'm a frugal saver through and through but also am into general health and well being (go to gym classes, hiking, nutritious meals and packed lunches, etc).
However, my work has delicious morning tea celebrations every fortnight or so. This involves pastries, cakes and brownies and the likes. I enjoy eating it as it's often home baking and tastes amazing and something I'd never make myself at home.
On the other hand, I'm very healthy with my eating the rest of my life for the other 99% of the time. I figure I can load up on calories and then it saves me on my grocery bills as I don't need to buy so many calories for the rest of the fortnight.
I'm trying to maintain or slightly run a calorie deficit the rest of the time.
