What Matters Most -Capital One 360

I got a birthday "gift" video from Capital One 360.

At first i thought, "ew, creepy Capital One."... Then i watched it and it's possible i have trust issues. What on Earth would cause that?!

Anyway, it's actually a really good message and i thought i would share. :)

This was my first thought when I read the thread title, haha. I too have trust issues with them, and also have ING (not 360). I just hope this isn't a ploy to soften our hearts before screwing us over in some way.
