Absolutely.

Even moreso than morning vs. night, is the freedom to "do it" whenever the mood strikes.  It's more natural, fun, and doesn't feel forced. How many times have we said (or heard)  "I'm too tired?"

I asked my wife the other day which of us was more likely to not be working in 2027. She said she was. I said I was. Might need to do a little more cooperative planning.

Came to the same conclusion after a 2 week vacation with lots of midday fun.
