So sad that his wife is sick, but good for him for not acting like your typical lottery winner.

I guess the meaning of frugal differs. Some people here would say that regularly buying coffee and donuts isn't frugal--let alone lottery tickets--let alone the PowerBall (worst odds)--let alone adding the PowerPlay option (even worse odds than the regular PowerBall ticket).
