So, from what I can tell cardratings.com was a pre-established website that now has an MMM section. These seem to be a list of cards approved by Pete, through Brandon Cronan, can anyone clarify?

MMM tweeted about this in the last day or so. I thought I remembered a tweet about that card now being a good deal but can't see it now. Maybe it was earlier than I think. But the other thing he tweeted about was trying to raise revenue from the blog over the next few months to fund the purchase of the other half of the MMM HQ building, including saying that "Part of the fundraiser coincides perfectly with an unusually good rewards card offer that @BrandonCronan just featured on our shared page." That Savor card looks like a splendid deal. When I was into CC churning a couple years ago, I signed up for one or two cards through MMM's affiliate link, just to throw a little cash his way for the excellent services that he's provided though his blog and forum.

Card Ratings is a nice aggregator of affiliate links for the big bloggers. Mad Fientist wrote his own tool about this and ChooseFI uses it too.
Those aren't *all* the cards. I hit up against the 5/24 and it took some more work to find the most recent reward card I'm going to churn
