Saw this idea on reddit and thought it deserved a repost here.  I'll link the original post so OP gets the credit but basically, he's buying food in bulk at Costco, making batches of food and charging $10 for 5 meals/week to coworkers.  They insist he keeps any profit because it $2/meal and no work for them.

Very cool.

A friend of mine has a coworker who does this; she cooks curries, lasagnes, etc and twice a week sells them to her colleagues for $6/portion. That's much cheaper than buying lunch out in our city, but I'm guessing she makes a fair profit too.
