Definitely cool. She is gonna be loaded! I have a friend who started his real-estate empire at 19 (not 14) in 2005 - pretty good timing if you think about it. He now owns more than 100 homes and has now started buying multi-million dollar commercial towers. He is 33. Seriously, you get on that real estate wagon early and at the right time/place - it can be crazy.
