Couple moves to new home with bikes

I guy that I went to high school with was featured in a pretty cool story.  Those cargo bikes are pretty awesome at moving large items.

That's awesome, thanks for sharing.

I think I would need a serious granny gear before going for that.  If I put two bags of groceries on my bike and have to go up a tiny grade I get all angry and red and unhappy.

A couple of years ago a friend of mine was studying in the Netherlands. He moved from one student house to another on his bike. Sent me a photo of himself moving his lounge.

The year before last we moved to the next street by hand. Just carried everything, or put it on a trolley and wheeled it over. The locals joked we were going to wear down a track between the houses! :)

Its a little weird that this is even a story. The world will be better when this is considered normal.
