These things seem to popo up on various bike forums/blogs from time to time and I always have the same reaction....why? A tent does the same job, weighs less, and gives you more flexibility (stealth camping, etc).
The only thing that gets me down on long bike tours is the constant packing and unpacking, and maybe this will help with that, but still it is just not worth it IMO.
