70% Transaction Fee Payback Event: Bithumb

Bithumb is going to hold a transaction fee refund event from September 20 to October 21, 2018 for foriegn users only. A refund of 70% will be made from November 5 to November 9. Here is the link to their detailed public release

What do Mustachians say about this? Wise to use Bithumb to save money on transaction fee?

Is this only applicable to existing users? Can new users avail the refund scheme as well?

From what I know, new foriegn users can participate as well. I recommend you contact their customer support for exact details.
